We are looking for Spare Parts Salesman to join our growing team. If you have experience in automotive sales and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell automotive spare parts to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide detailed and accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
- Seek new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist with inventory insights by reporting on fast-moving and in-demand parts.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management using relevant software.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Preferably in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or fleet management is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and technical specifications.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Other Requirements:
- Owning a personal car (mandatory for field visits).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to travel within Egypt for client meetings.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
