Return and Refund Policy

At GE for Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your automotive parts purchase. Our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with international e-commerce standards and Egyptian Consumer Protection laws.

Return Policy

1. Return Window

  • Standard Return: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason (Change of Mind).

  • Defective or Damaged Items: You have 30 days to return items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Condition of Items for Return

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in New or defective used condition.

  • Items must be in the Original Packaging provided by the manufacturer.

  • For safety and technical integrity, Electrical Parts and Lubricants must have their factory seals intact.

3. Return Process (How to Initiate)

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email wassim.bedwani@getradingeg.com or call +20 100 955 6471.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and photos of the item/packaging.

  3. Shipment: Once approved, we will provide the return address for our Heliopolis, Cairo hub.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a "change of mind" or "incorrect part ordered by the customer," the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent by GE for Trading, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fees

  • GE for Trading does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2 business days.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
