Online and Telesales Reps (Commission only)

Job Summary
Ge for Trading is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesale & Online Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales of automotive spare parts and lubricants through outbound calls, online platforms, and other lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales & Account Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Negotiate prices and terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Online Sales Management:
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor online sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., sales revenue, conversion rates, customer satisfaction).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Telesale, inside sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including product knowledge of spare parts and lubricants.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
