Personal Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and task prioritization.
Financial Coordination: Handle financial transactions and data entry using Odoo.
Operational Liaison: Contact and negotiate with suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.
Customer Relations: Professionally handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Office Management: Ensure the fast-paced office environment remains organized and efficient.
Coordination with the team: Coordinate the work with the different departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce is a must.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Accountant.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; previous experience with Odoo is a significant plus.
Language: Good command of both written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of financial transactions and basic accounting principles.
Work Conditions
Location: Ard El Golf, Heliopolis, Cairo (On-site).
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Environment: Fast-paced, professional, and growth-oriented.
