Personal Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and task prioritization.

  • Financial Coordination: Handle financial transactions and data entry using Odoo.

  • Operational Liaison: Contact and negotiate with suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Customer Relations: Professionally handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

  • Office Management: Ensure the fast-paced office environment remains organized and efficient.

  • Coordination with the team: Coordinate the work with the different departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce is a must.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Accountant.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; previous experience with Odoo is a significant plus.

  • Language: Good command of both written and spoken English.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of financial transactions and basic accounting principles.

Work Conditions

  • Location: Ard El Golf, Heliopolis, Cairo (On-site).

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Environment: Fast-paced, professional, and growth-oriented.
